What happens if a client or opposing party dies? What if they're near death? This month's speakers are experienced estate planning and estate litigation practitioners, and they will be offering insight on how to protect and prepare your family law clients for the inevitable.  How do we protect a client's estate from claims? How do we get the deceased person's disclosure? What aren't we putting in Wills or in Agreements that we really should?  All this and, of course, your questions!!
