Agenda

For our May 2018 meeting, we will be discussion a range of topics, including:

 - Proposed changes to the PPSA:  Describing collateral as "equipment" under Section 10(3)

 - The recent BCCA decision in Leatherman v. 0969708 CB Ltd., where the court held (among other things) that a lender was statute barred under the Limitation Act from enforcing on a mortgage in support of a demand obligation.  Crazy stuff!
