Synopsis
To the uninitiated, practice before the Registrar can be both procedurally and ethically fraught. Registrar Scott Nielsen has graciously agreed to provide his guidance and practical advice with respect to the preparation for and attendance at Registrar’s Hearing. Specifically, he will discuss practical and ethical considerations in the context of Legal Profession Act reviews and applications for the assessment of costs following trial or settlement. Questions are welcome.
