Synopsis

Our guest speakers will review recent cases dealing with excluded property and unequal division of property under the Family Law Act, including recent BCCA cases. These subjects are tricky, and this meeting is not to be missed!

NEW THIS YEAR: We will have a door prize for those attending in person and by telephone, and a special draw if you bring a colleague who has not attended a Section meeting in the last year - only those bringing a new person and the new person may enter the special draw, so be sure to reach out to your network.
