ONLINE MEETING: The Role of the Personal Representative in Estate Litigation

Synopsis

Rebecca Morse and Rachael Breeze discuss the role of the personal representative in estate litigation, and the scope and limits of the personal representative’s neutrality. Vivian Ho  presents a case comment on the recent Court of Appeal decision of Tom v. Tang, 2023 BCCA 221, concerning when a will-maker can treat children unequally.
