SYNOPSIS

We are excited to extend an invitation to you for a special gathering that celebrates the rich tradition of Indigenous beading.

At our Indigenous Beading Lunch, we come together to honor and share the artistry and cultural significance of beadwork. Beading is not just a craft; it's a profound expression of our heritage, stories, and identities.

This gathering is open to all Indigenous lawyers and law students who share an interest in learning, preserving, and promoting the beautiful tradition of Indigenous beading. Whether you are a seasoned beader or a beginner, your presence will be warmly welcomed. We believe that sharing our knowledge and skills with one another fosters a sense of community and solidarity.

Please note this event is for Indigenous lawyers and students only.

Feel free to bring any beading projects you're working on or use our Materials List to get you started.

We can't wait to bead with you!

INDIGENOUS BEADING LUNCHES

Indigenous Beading Lunches are gatherings that center around the traditional art of Indigenous beadwork. These circles bring together individuals from Indigenous communities to engage in the practice of beading, share stories, and connect with their cultural heritage.
