Synopsis
Join us for Part 2 of Hearing From Children in Family Law Matters.
The Honourable Justice Margot L. Fleming discusses different ways young people can be heard and how a Judge will take their views into consideration. Justice Fleming details how to request a judicial interview, what a judicial interview looks like on a practical level and when counsel might consider to ask for a judicial interview.
