Synopsis
Paula Krawus and Jaime Hoopes provide a lively debate on preventing employers and employees in BC from entering into non-disclosure agreements, including who is impacted, if we should limit freedom to contract and how this comes up. Other topics include how we can minimize re-traumatization following alleged traumatic events and what other jurisdictions are doing on this issue both inside and outside of Canada.
Territorial Acknowledgement
This event will be broadcast from the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including Tsleil-Waututh, Squamish and Musqueam First Nations.
