Synopsis

Within every legal career, lawyers encounter privacy and security matters. These may involve personal information about staff and clients, or sensitive general information about corporations, government, and law enforcement. Whether you practice criminal law, civil litigation, family law, real estate, or in-house corporate law, you will face privacy and security issues. When you encounter these interesting and challenging files, who do you turn to for advice?

Join our panel of lawyers whose collective experience in privacy and security matters is many decades. Ethan Plato, Troy TailleferAislin Jackson and Sam Delechantos discuss their experiences and shareable best practices.
