Synopsis
Ryan Bortolin and Jessica Eastwood discuss liability issues faced by local governments, as both owners of land and drainage infrastructure. Other topics include, the risk of liability for issues that local governments face when regulating drainage and related areas such as planning and building regulation.
Ryan and Jessica also review the tools available to local governments that effectively tackle drainage issues within their jurisdiction.
