Synopsis
Justices Brundrett and Masuhara lead a panel discussion focused on the case management of class actions, from pre-certification to trial. Josh Hutchinson, partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, and Michelle Segal, partner at CFM Lawyers LLP, co-moderate this panel.
