Agenda

The speakers will provide an outline of the Family Rules on experts and highlight issues that arise from the implementation of the Rules in practice.  The speakers will also discuss the more practical side of working with experts including how to communicate with them, introducing expert reports at trial, and conducting cross examination of experts.
