Synopsis
Jason McDaniel, Vice President Corporate Affairs at ICBC, will speak to the Section about the recent legislative changes affecting ICBC, including changes to the
Insurance (Vehicle) Act and the
Civil Resolution Tribunal Act, and the anticipated corresponding changes to ICBC's handling of motor vehicle injury claims.
Speaker Profile
Jason McDaniel is responsible for overseeing the planning and strategy development of corporate affairs. This includes human resources, corporate strategy, claims legal services and corporate legal services.
Jason joined ICBC in 2006 as Senior Legal Counsel and his most recent role was Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. He holds a Law degree from the University of Victoria.
