Agenda

Mary Hamilton and Emma Ferguson will discuss considerations and pitfalls regarding discretionary trusts from an estate and family law perspective.  Kiu Ghanavizchian will discuss the topic from his perspective as a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator.

Ken Vimalesan will provide a case comment on BNSF Railway Company v. Teck Metals, 2016 BCCA 350, a recent Court of Appeal decision commenting on constructive trusts.
