As digital technologies and capabilities continue to evolve at a fast pace, the role of in-house counsel is also changing and it can be challenging to provide practical advice in this space. This session will focus on the best practices and challenges to providing advice on digital advertising, as well as the privacy issues and CASL considerations that are raised when communicating with customers in the digital space.  The panel will also explore tips and tricks on how to monitor compliance and how digital business has changed the regulator's ability to enforce compliance.
