In the last several years, a number of high profile cross-border M&A transactions have been conditioned or rejected in Canada and the United States following foreign investment review.  Now the EU is set to introduce its own foreign investment review regime.  Leading practitioners from the EU, Canada and the US will discuss key considerations and strategies to effectively navigate this increasingly important area.
