Please join our senior management from the Competition Bureau’s Cartels and Deceptive Marketing Practices Branch (“CDMPB”) for a candid and interactive discussion relating to the Bureau’s recent enforcement and policy updates with respect to the criminal provisions of the Competition Act.

Similar to past years, the Bureau will provide an overview of key enforcement actions and share some statistics relating to CDMPB’s recent investigative and enforcement activities. As part of their update, the Bureau will discuss the status of the Bureau’s ongoing review of the immunity and leniency programs.
