Session Description: 

The session will provide practical tips to identify a complex litigation matter, plan for it and manage it. In-house counsel will learn how to identify internal and external factors that can lead to a piece of litigation being deemed of a complex matter, technology has changed the complex litigation landscape, to conduct a cost/benefit analysis for your matter, and to best prepare an organization for success when faced with a complex matter.
