The increase in significant infrastructure projects in Ontario highlights the challenging issues in managing the associated environmental and legal risks. Infrastructure projects may raise a number of issues including: meeting First Nation consultation requirements, capitalizing on climate change opportunities and navigating environmental assessment and permitting challenges.
