This is the archived version of a program presented on June 5, 2013.

We have reached the half-way point in the 3-year transition from the Canada Corporations Act (“CCA”) to the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act (“CNCA”), with less than 5% of CCA corporations having completed the transition. The deadline to continue is October 17, 2014, after which the CCA corporation becomes vulnerable to involuntary dissolution. Our panelists have accumulated considerable experience with continuance under the CNCA and have dealt with many practical issues. View this archived video stream and get valuable insight and practical guidance into continuance under the CNCA.
