The importance of well written board policies and codes of conduct ensure organizational efficiency and compliance with relevant laws.  Often corporations don’t realize the value of board policies until after an incident occurs. Having appropriate polices in place and communicating them to boards and stakeholders can avoid the unnecessary expenditure of time and resources.  Get support from the front line as two in-house lawyers, Derek Ross and Mark Goldbloom, share their experiences and expertise on this important topic.
