We are very honored to have current Deputy Attorney General Patrick Monahan, and LAO Chair John McCamus discuss the most significant issues facing access to our criminal justice system and to take feedback and comments from our members. Our Panel will discuss some of the reforms proposed by Michael Bryant former Attorney General of Ontario in his book, "28 Seconds", as well as other important issues facing our system, including defence costs and the proper role of paralegals in the criminal justice system.
