Achieving a Work/Life Balance
Young Lawyers Division | Original Program Date: October 23, 2013

This video is a must for those young lawyers interested in gaining valuable insight into achieving work-life balance. The expectation in the legal profession is that lawyers work long days to satisfy increasing billable hours all while achieving a balanced personal life. These seemingly inconsistent goals may seem out of reach; however, with the proper tools, you can achieve the balance you are seeking.

Ottawa lawyers Joël Dubois and Debbie Orth share their experience balancing work in a large or small firm and family responsibilities. They will pass along the secrets and tips about the realities of private practice that you are not taught in law school.
