It has been a year and a half since the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014 came into force, instituting a two-tier bargaining system in Ontario. Join us to reflect on how the new scheme is working and to explore opportunities for improvement going forward. Amid ongoing negotiations and work-to-rule campaigns, our exceptional faculty will unravel the complexities of collective bargaining in the education sector under this new legislation, including:
