Seven year old Katelynn Sampson died in 2008 after being beaten for months by her legal guardians. The Inquest into her death revealed holes in the system meant to protect her. How can we avoid a similar tragedy in the future? Join us to explore the lessons learned and the jury’s recommendations for change involving child welfare agencies, schools, police and the Courts.
