This program is also part of the 2016-2017 Citizenship and Immigration Law Passport Series.

As immigration lawyers our role is to advocate for our clients and to help them achieve their immigration goals – whether it is to obtain a work permit, sponsor a spouse, become a permanent resident of Canada, or launch a successful challenge to a refusal.  The ability to write persuasive submission letters and court materials and clear and concise legal opinions and memorandums is a key skill.  Join us as our panel of experienced immigration lawyers share strategies and tips for preparing well organized, concise and persuasive written materials.
