OBA CONSTITUTIONAL, CIVIL LIBERTIES AND HUMAN RIGHTS LAW PROGRAM

Are service-based applications to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario under section 1 of the Human Rights Code (the “Code”) on the rise? Brush up on the fundamental principles of these claims, and get up-to-speed on current issues and recent developments in three critical service areas. Our exceptional faculty will share helpful insights and key advice on service-based human rights claims in the areas of education, policing and government services, and insurance, and explore how the principles developing in these areas may apply across other contexts.
