Currently before the Senate, Bill C-16 seeks to amend the Canadian Human Rights Act to add gender identity and gender expression to the prohibited grounds of discrimination, bringing the federal legislation in line with Ontario and other provincial human rights statutes.

Join us on April 27 to get up to speed on recent developments in this area of the law, and gather helpful strategies for interacting with transgender and gender queer clients, staff and others in a respectful and inclusive manner.
