Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL): An Update from the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC)

During this special program, representatives from the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) will discuss:

  • the CRTC's compliance and enforcement actions
  • CASL complaints from Canadians
  • the transitional period for implied consent
  • common best practices for complying with CASL
  • the CRTC's international work, including its work with the Unsolicited Communications Enforcement Network (UCENet).
