At times, these encounters can become a stressful part of our work and may often derail your day and distract you from important tasks. Our engaged speaker will explore factors contributing to communication challenges, share techniques on how to manage the resulting conflict, and offer skills to help you manage your critical communication scenarios more effectively.

  • Identify what makes some situations and people more challenging than others
  • Understand factors that can lead to miscommunication, decision errors and escalation of conflict
