Dec. 8, 2017

OBA Workers' Compensation Law PROGRAM | 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM

The New Year will bring new legislative and policy changes that will significantly impact the law affecting workers in Ontario. Bill 127, Stronger, Healthier Ontario Act (Budget Measures) postulates that workers will be entitled to benefits under the insurance plan for chronic and traumatic mental stress arising out of, and in the course of employment.

Do you understand how this expansion of entitlement for mental stress to include chronic stress will change the way you practice? Our experienced faculty will review how this amendment and other changes will soon be a part of the workers’ compensation framework.

Stay current by joining us for this critical update.
