OBA Environmental Law / Natural Resources and Energy Law PROGRAM | Original Program Date: February 6, 2018

Infrastructure and development projects often involve environmental issues that can take proponents down rabbit holes, causing unexpected delays and costs as well as triggering litigation. These risks apply to all projects, whether they relate to energy, infrastructure or real estate development, farming practices, or expansion of industrial/commercial operations. Attend this joint Environmental Law and Natural Resources and Energy Law program to better understand how to identify and mitigate against common environmental pitfalls that arise in these situations. In addition, we will address recent developments in the case law concerning contaminated lands that parties should be aware of to pro-actively address risk from the project’s start to finish.
