OBA Law Practice Management PROGRAM | 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Some commentators assert that social media for lawyers is not an option. Social media is how society interacts now, it provides an opportunity to learn, it facilitates a readily available opportunity to build a name for yourself and your firm, it offers the chance to build and grow relationships far faster than lawyers can do off-line, and it is the great equalizer. If done right, social media offers lawyers the power of sophisticated marketing and public relations. So, if social media is so essential for lawyers, what types of social media should lawyers engage in, how often and with what content and objectives in mind. Our speaker will walk us through the virtues and perils of social media.
