Finding Your Fit

Feb. 28, 2018
Ottawa ON

OBA Women Lawyers Forum PROGRAM | 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM

When seeking initial job placements, young lawyers are often advised on how to present themselves as a "good fit" for a particular legal organization.   Turn the tables on this approach and explore what strategies will help you to evaluate whether values, people and structure of the organization is a "good fit" for you.

Join us on February 28th for an engaging conversation with Danielle Lussier-Meek, Anne-Marie McElroy and Emilie Taman, who will discuss their respective career journeys.  They will share their insights on finding their true fit, balancing demands of their professional and personal commitments, and much more.
