Globalization is the new reality for the legal practice today and the field of education law is no exception. Educators face new and complex issues as their operations expand beyond borders and across the globe. This half-day program will review practical and legal issues that arise from the globalization of education including religious accommodation, international agreements between educational institutions, and how changes in the delivery of education affect our legal, practical, and professional responsibilities. Join our distinguished speakers and panelists for an exciting and timely topic!
