Conducting an Investigation: Critical Skills Series – Establishing and Maintaining Privilege (Session 4)

Jun. 3, 2025
Online

OBA PROGRAM | 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM (ET)

This program is the final session in a series of four programs that make up the Conducting an Investigation: Critical Skills Series.

This fourth session explores privilege in the context of an investigation. Even though you are a lawyer conducting the investigation, this does not mean that the investigation is automatically protected by privilege. Our distinguished faculty will provide crucial insights on the scope of solicitor-client and litigation privilege in the context of investigations, and share helpful advice on how to ensure any privilege which may exist is not inadvertently waived.
