Please note that, as part of the mandatory continuing education required by the Barreau du Québec and the Chambre des notaires du Québec, participants choose the training activities that relate to the practice of their profession and that best meet their needs. An attestation will be issued, but recognition of the provider is no longer required. It is the participant's responsibility to declare his or her training hours; the Barreau du Québec and the Chambre des notaires du Québec reserve the right to remove a training activity from the participant's file if it does not meet the objectives of their respective regulations.
