Construction Arbitration: How to Conduct an Effective and Efficient Arbitration

Please join us to learn about ways that we can make construction arbitrations more efficient for the parties and counsel by drawing on the extensive experience of Julie Hopkins and Peter Banks as counsel and arbitrators. Each have experience with arbitrations both inside and outside of the construction industry including commercial and international arbitrations which the construction community can leverage in making your next construction arbitration better.
