Sedentary work takes a toll — but it doesn’t have to. In this practical, interactive session, Sylvia Domingo, Kinesiologist and Movement Specialist, shares how to reduce the physical risks of desk-based work. She covers common injuries, effective prevention strategies, and guides participants through a 20-minute functional stretching routine designed specifically for desk workers.
Sylvia delivers this popular workshop to a variety of organizations. Get a simple, effective way to improve your well-being and bring more movement into your workday.
If you require any accomodations or modified stretching movements, please write what you need in the notes area at registration. If you have any questions, please contact sections@cbabc.org.
