This session will explore the application of Charter values in administrative law settings. Oliver Pulleyblank and Matthew Voell will address the role and scope of Charter value arguments before administrative tribunals, with particular emphasis on the new statutory framework involving motor vehicle cases before the Civil Resolution Tribunal.
