DISCUSSION OF THE CANNABIS DISPENSARIES CASE
This meeting is being hosted by the Constitutional Law/Civil Liberties Section.

Synopsis

The Constitutional and Civil Liberties Section invites you to join us to hear two perspectives on the cannabis dispensaries case, Vancouver v Karuna Health Foundation. Our guest speakers will be counsel in this matter, John Conroy Q.C.,who represents the Medicanna dispensary; and Micah Rankin, who represents the Attorney General of British Columbia. The section meeting will take place at noon on March 7, 2019 live at the Vancouver and Victoria locations, and via webinar.
