Views from the Bench & Bar: Ethical Issues
This meeting is being hosted by the Criminal Justice - Victoria Section.

Honourable Judge Brooks of the Provincial Court and Paul Pearson, Victoria Crown Counsel will be joining the CBABC Criminal Justice - Victoria Section for our November meeting to provide us with their observations and insights on various ethical issues. Attendees are asked to email with any questions or scenarios in relation to ethical issues they may have for the panel 1 week in advance of the meeting date.

This meeting is anticipated to provide 2 CPD hours of ethics.
