Pre-Trial Applications on Sex Assault Trials - Part II

Synopsis
A practical "how to" session on 276 and 278 applications with a perspective from defence counsel, counsel for the complainant and a view from the bench. Learn what to do, what not to do, and get judicial feedback on the most effective way to argue your application.
