Synopsis
Please join us for a look-back at the year that was in BC Class Action practice.  We will review the most signficant decisions from the past 12 months. Section Executive members Katherine Booth (McCarthy Tétrault LLP) and Shelby Liesch (Borden Ladner Gervais LLP) will lead the discussion.
