Proposed Societies Act Amendments: Working Group Meeting To Provide Feedback

The Charities and Not-For-Profit Section executive committee invites you to attend a working group meeting to discuss the proposed amendments to the Societies Act. Following the meeting, the Section executive will compile the feedback into a statement on behalf of the section to be submitted to the Ministry of Finance prior to the deadline for submissions on August 23, 2019.

Members who would like to provide comments but are unable to attend the working group meeting may submit their comments in writing to no later than August 12, 2019.
