Synopsis
In 2015, Paul McLean of Mathews Dinsdale Clark LLP presented to the Section on issues arising in off-duty conduct. By not quite popular demand (or perhaps default), Paul is back to provide an update on recent developments in this area over the past four years, including the impact of criminal convictions, sexual misconduct and the always popular review of ridiculous things employees have posted to social media and the resulting discipline.
