Synopsis

Mr. Walker will speak about the recent Court of Appeal decision in H.S.S. v. S.H.D., 2018 BCCA 199, which dealt with a callenge to a marriage agreement and the considerations that the Court took into account, first at the Trial level and then at the Court of Appeal.

This meeting will have a 5:00 pm social and 5:30 pm start time.
