Synopsis
Please join us as Dr. Michael Elterman shares his vast experience in preparing s. 211 reports.  He will provide counsel with valuable information needed to best approach difficult issues for families struggling with complex parenting disputes.

Dr. Michael Elterman will be discussing the draft of a Section 211 Procedural Template which will assist counsel and the author of the report of what format to follow when preparing a report. There will also be a Q&A portion where the attendees can ask questions regarding various topics involving 211 reports.

SPECIAL DRAW: Bringing a colleague who has not attended a Section meeting and get a chance to win a prize. Be sure to reach out to your networks!
