Workplace Sexual Harassment: Assessing the Effectiveness of Human Rights Law in Canada
This joint meeting is being hosted by the Human Rights Law & Workplace Investigations Sections.

Synopsis
The CBABC Human Rights and Workplace Investigation Sections invite you to attend a meeting featuring guest speaker Bethany Hastie, Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia. Bethany Hastie will be speaking on her recent research analyzing workplace sexual harassment complaints under human right law, with a focus on BC and Ontario as case study jurisdictions.
