Synopsis

Daryl Maduke and Angeline Chandra will highlight emerging tax risks and opportunities for companies engaged in cross-border investment in intellectual property. These risks and opportunities will be discussed in the context of specific countries’ tax changes or new business developments within corporations. In today’s economy, the tax aspects of how IP can be commercialized globally must be considered by all multinational corporations such that they maximize the incentives that are available to them in order to sustain their organization structure and operational efficiency. This presentation will provide you with a background on international tax and transfer pricing issues that are relevant for IP structuring so that you can provide valuable insight to your clients.
